  1. What are the new pricing tiers for the Schema App Pro subscription? 

Our pricing begins at $50 per month for 1 user and 1 domain. Additional domains are $12 per domain. The following table shows you how this price change impacts some of our most popular plans:

  1. When will the new pricing take effect?

The new pricing will come into effect on May 15th, 2024. 


  1. Will there be any changes to the Schema App offerings?

There will not be any changes to the Schema App Pro Subscription at this time. However, we may introduce additional features or enhancements in the future to further improve the value we provide to our customers.


  1. How will this affect existing contracts or subscriptions?

Existing annual subscriptions will continue to be honoured according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.


For existing monthly subscriptions, including those that are part of an order form or statement of work, the price increase will take effect on your first bill 60 days following the notification of pricing adjustments, in accordance with our Terms of Service. 


  1. Can I lock in on the current pricing?

We understand the importance of being able to budget for pricing. 


For current subscribers: If you want to secure your subscription at our current pricing, we recommend purchasing the annual plan. You can only purchase the annual plan by emailing support@schemaapp.com before May 15th, 2024. This will allow you to use our services at our current pricing for the next 12 months. 


For new subscribers: If you do not have an existing pro subscription and are looking to get the subscription at our current pricing, we recommend purchasing the annual plan through the form on the pro subscription page before May 15th, 2024. This will allow you to use our services at our current pricing for the next 12 months. 


  1. Why is Schema App increasing the pricing of the Pro subscription? 

Schema App is increasing the pricing of the Pro subscription due to factors such as rising operational costs. This price increase will ensure the ongoing quality and sustainability of our services. 


  1. How can I provide feedback or ask further questions about the pricing increase?

We welcome any feedback or questions you may have regarding the pricing increase. You can contact our Customer Success team at support@schemaapp.com, and they will assist you with any feedback or questions you might have regarding the pricing increase. 


  1. Will there be any changes to the quality of service/product offerings?

Our commitment to providing high-quality software as a service offerings remains unchanged. Our pricing adjustments are solely intended to maintain and enhance the service quality we deliver to our customers. 


9. How can I minimize the impact of the cost increase?

To mitigate the impact of the cost increase, we recommend reviewing your accounts and assessing the services you currently use. Consider exporting data for accounts or services that are no longer in use and deleting any unnecessary sub accounts. This will help optimize your subscription and reduce unnecessary expenses.
