How to add brand markup to the WooCommerce plugin

The Schema WooCommerce Plugin by Schema App currently integrates with the official brands add-on from WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/products/brands/.

Brands can also be marked up by creating a custom brand attribute for your products within WooCoomerce. To do this, login to WP admin. Select WooCommerce > Products > Attributes.

Enter "brand" as the name of the attribute, provide a unique slug or reference for the attribute, and click
Add Attribute"

Go into your Product. Under the "Product Data" section, select Attributes > Custom Product Attribute > brand and click "Add". Click "Add new" to add the name of the associated brand.

Enter the name of the brand where the pop-up box states "Enter a name for the new attribute term". Click "OK", then click "Save attributes". Finally, update your page.

Your brand attribute will now be visible within your product markup.
