If you are using our WordPress plugin, go to Settings >Schema App and select the "Remove Microdata" check box. This will automatically filter out microdata, and save you contacting your developer.
The Schema App WooCommerce plugin removes microdata from woocommerce template files but if your theme overrides them, we do not overtake those custom designs. To change the files in your theme, do a text search across the files within the theme folders for “itemtype” or “itemscope” which will get the file names.For more information, read our plugin instructions.
