If you have a Google Analytics account you will want to make sure before you run a crawl that you have checked your bot filtering option as if left unchecked this may skew your Analyzer results.
To check this navigate to your Google Analytics account and go to your Admin settings.
Next under the View panel click View Settings. Within here you will see a section called Bot Filtering. Check the box next to "Exclude all hits from known bots and spiders".
