Why do visualizations in the dashboard show “No data”

Modified on Tue, 03 Jan 2023 at 04:24 PM

Each visualization represents different information and data availability may change from time to time. The following are two main reasons for missing data in the dashboard.

Case 1: “No data” for all visualizations

This means that no relevant information is present in the Schema App data storage for the selected date range.

Case 2: “No data” for some visualizations while others show relevant information

This means only certain data dimensions are available for the selected date range. For example, if a client joined Schema App in May 2020, the data prior to this date would not include “Page Categories ” information.  “Page Categories” related visualizations would show “No data” in the dashboard before May 2020 as presented in the following figure.
