1. Why are your prices going up?

First and foremost, our pricing reflects the increasing value we deliver to our customers and our growing product catalog. The launch of Schema Performance Analytics, enhancements to the Schema App Highlighter, top-tier support from our Customer Success Managers, and continued investment in research and development are just a few examples of the ways we continue to innovate and bring value to our customers. 

 

2. How much of an increase will I see?

Exact increases will be unique to the scope of your contract, so it’s not possible to provide a specific percentage increase. 


That said, the cost of individual Highlighter templates has increased by $50 per template. We have added a standard cost for additional domains. There will be no price change to accounts that only use the Schema App Editor.   


3. When will the new prices come into effect?

The new prices will be tied to your specific contract renewal date, there will be no changes prior to that date. You can refer to your Schema App contract for more details. If you don’t have a copy readily available, please reach out to operations@schemaapp.com and a copy will be emailed to you.
