What schema markup is added to Tag pages with the Schema App WordPress plugin?

Schema App optimizes Tag pages as a Collection Page (http://schema.org/CollectionPage) as of release 1.6.0. The Schema App Advanced WordPress plugin also allows you to add Wikidata and Wikipedia definitions to Tag and Category pages.
