Since local business is covering contact page and reviews, is there a need to create separate markup for those pages?

When you create your contact point, make the URI for the Contact Point to point towards your contact page. This then re-uses the markup and deploys it to the Contact Page. For reviews, if you have a page that lists all of your reviews, and also shows them on the homepage, then you can also deploy those review markup to your review page. If you have multiple reviews going to one page, then you can make the URIs unique by adding a #review1 or similar tag to each review. So for the main review you can do https://www.webpage.com/reviews, then for subsequent reviews do https://www.webpage.com/reviews#review1, and then https://www.webpage.com/reviews#review2.
